…I aimed to observe the force of moving sand in real-time through an instrument that is powered and interacts with the wind at four spots of the Zand Motor.
On June 17th, the weather was good with lower-than-average wind speeds and gusts, resulting in generally low electrical power levels ranging from 0 to 4.6 volts. While the power supply was sufficient to operate the system, it remains uncertain whether it could sustain continuous operation for more than 10 hours.
It appeared that the wind grew stronger towards the endpoint of the Zand Motor, but this could be attributed to time variances; Understanding the invisible and simultaneous flow is truly challenging…
